Michael Fallon - Security Professional from Connecticut

Currently working as a security manager, Michael Fallon began his career as a police officer for the City of Hartford, Connecticut, in 2016. In 2023, Wells Fargo hired Michael Fallon for a five-month term as its lead corporate security agent, a role that involved overseeing security operations for the retail bank and its administrative offices in six states.

Mr. Fallon became the director of security for Asphalt Green in early 2024, where he supervised three New York City campuses and a team of over 30 security staff. In addition to managing the budget, he conducted risk assessments, inspected the facility daily, and performed comprehensive reviews of security protocols to identify and mitigate potential risks. His accomplishments include designing and implementing an advanced CCTV infrastructure featuring multiple servers, over 150 cameras, and more than 200 access card readers, which enhanced oversight within the organization.

Since 2025, Mr. Fallon has been the senior manager of UnitedHealth Group, where he has led workplace security operations in the Northeast and Tri-State regions. Among his many roles, he collaborates with business leaders to assess security risks, deliver practical solutions, and explain the impact of these risks on businesses. He collaborates with the company’s global crisis management and employee relations teams to enhance enterprise security. As part of promoting a security culture, he organizes training, promotes initiatives, and implements security practices within business operations. He is also the strategic advisor to the associate director of US security operations.
