Currently serving as Senior Global Security Lead for the East Coast (United States & Canada) at a global ride-sharing and delivery platform, Michael Fallon is responsible for protecting people, properties, and assets across one of the company’s most dynamic regions. In this role, he leads regional security strategy and execution, aligning global initiatives with local business priorities to ensure safety, resilience, and operational continuity. He oversees day-to-day security operations across multiple locations, including incident response, threat management, contract security services, and physical security systems such as access control and CCTV. Through audits, site assessments, and data-driven performance metrics, he continuously enhances risk mitigation and operational effectiveness while partnering with executive leadership and law enforcement agencies to strengthen security outcomes.

Michael Fallon began his career as a police officer for the City of Hartford, Connecticut, in 2016. In 2023, Wells Fargo hired him for a five-month term as its lead corporate security agent, where he oversaw security operations for retail banking and administrative offices across six states.

In early 2024, Mr. Fallon became director of security for Asphalt Green, supervising three New York City campuses and a team of more than 30 security personnel. Alongside managing the department budget, he conducted risk assessments, daily facility inspections, and comprehensive reviews of security protocols. He also designed and implemented an advanced CCTV infrastructure featuring multiple servers, more than 150 cameras, and over 200 access card readers, significantly enhancing organizational oversight.

From 2025 to 2026, Mr. Fallon served as senior manager at UnitedHealth Group, where he led workplace security operations across the Northeast and Tri-State regions. In this role, he collaborated with business leaders to assess risks, deliver practical security solutions, and communicate their business impact. He worked closely with global crisis management and employee relations teams to strengthen enterprise security, while promoting a culture of safety through training, initiatives, and integration of security practices into daily operations. He also served as a strategic advisor to the associate director of U.S. security operations.
